The Kevin Park STORY

God-is-able Story My name is Kevin Park. I am from South Korea and was born in Seoul. I lived in Korea for nine years and came to New Zealand in 2000. After my primary to high school years in New Zealand, I visited America for three years to see my father and extended families, and then came back to New Zealand on the Boxing Day of 2014. Although I have cerebral palsy, God has been working through me, especially in New Zealand and America, and even before I became a faithful follower of Jesus. How I became a Christian One time when my family went to a Korean church in New Zealand, the car was parked at the edge of the cliff. I nearly fell over when I got out of the vehicle. I did not fell over, so my mum told me that it was God who saved me. In high school, my friend invited me to the youth event of LifeChangers Church called Ruckus. Reflections of COVID-19 in 2020

  This year has been stressful due to COVID lockdowns. We had to cancel our holiday plans, like going overseas. We also had to stay at home when it was an alert level three or four of the COVID lockdown. Therefore, I had to cancel visiting Australia and South Korea to see my friends and family in the end-of-term holidays of 2020. I even could not make plans for visiting my friend in Wellington. In level two, there was a restriction on the number of people we could meet. The restriction number was 10. During those alert levels and even in level one, we have had to wear face coverings when getting on public transports. Hence, it has been difficult for me to get to Waiheke Island by ferry. However, despite how COVID-19 affects the world, God has been doing some amazing things.
